I use a slice tool to remove top layers of coloured pencil to create very fine hair texture.

For fine rubbing out, I use the Tombow Mono Zero Eraser Pen (round tip).

I use delicate surface frogtape to pin my drawing down, keep lines sharp and to stick paper around the edges of my outline so it protects the large white paper area around my drawing.
